Netherlands use

What unit of Dutch police forces (I know (almost) for certain not the military) (could be Special Intervention units, but I've only seen foto's of them using MP5's and P90's) uses the G36, and which source was used?

G36 picture looks false

The G36 picture shows a Marui G36C airsoft gun, not the real gun. Just have a look at the fire selector or a the bullet magazine... Guerric

Material section

I removed the bit mentioning the reciprocating parts move on steel rails inside the receiver. The receiver is steel reinforced, but the bolt carrier does not ride on any steel, only plastic or more specifically, nylon 66. I have an HK SL8-1 and a G36K parts kit I can verify this with if questioned.

Argentine use

The G36 in carbine and rifle configuration is extensively used by the PSA'S GEAT special forces units. Adopted in the years 2010's, it's the standard rifle. Lucas Roitchazon (talk) 05:58, 16 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
